What is your Return Policy?
Because each garment is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel and other embroidered/decorated items. We strongly recommend that customers review the sizing charts to ensure proper fitting. We also recommend that customers be mindful when approving the logo and color in the proofing step. We always work with our customers to do the right thing, so if you have any questions, please reach out via chat, email or phone.
How do I get my company or team logo on apparel items?
To get your logo orderable in a Shop, just ask! If you have a Shop and want to add a new or updated logo, click here, or if you need to set up a shop to host your branded products, click here. When we’ve received your request, we’ll let you know when your apparel is ready to order. Requests typically take 5-7 business days to complete. If you need something sooner, fill out the request form and contact us for expedited ordering options.
Is there an easier way for me to order embroidered for a large number of people?
Yes! If you are ordering for more than 10 people and you have all the sizes, please reach out to our Customer Success Team and we will provide a spreadsheet for you to complete. We’ll use the completed spreadsheet to generate an order for you, saving you time in the ordering process.
How long do apparel orders take to deliver?
While the first order can take a couple of extra days for logo digitization, most apparel orders are completed and ready to ship in 5-7 business days. Please budget a couple of extra production days for larger orders (20+ pieces).
